I was looking at the diagram and thought the location was wrong. I am re-examining it now.

 

I believe this to be the correct 10 pin

 

OK so... Ignition is on, Shifter in reverse, copper wire from pin 1 to pin 6, no luck.
I went back and jump a wire from the battery to pin #6 and the lights come on, so it is apparent that there is no power to pin #1. I changed the fuse in the panel under the dash and still nothing. whats next?

 

do you have the ability to read and comprend the wiring diagram tizzy posted

do you have a meter to verify you have power at pin #1?

can you measure to see if you have power at the fuse?
