Default tranny cooler, dodge auto doesn't know

grand caravan 3.8--going to remove the rubber host from the metal line and clamp it. Dodge dealer doesn't know

what is inside diameter of the hose so i can pull it over the metal line with the flare?

What is best say to remove crimp holding hose and metal line together so not to damage the metal line

Most I've seen have been 3/8", but not certain on your van. Just make sure you use line that is made for transmission fluid and not fuel line. Transmission hose is usuallt thicker walled and is made to hold up to the chemicals in the fluid. I've never had a hose off of my 07.

Okay, you have the quick disconnect lines. Here are the part numbers you need, these are mopar numbers. Lines 4677680AC, connectors at the transmission case 4800267AA. These part numbers are from 2005 thru 2007. Now if you need the part numbers from the early years let me know.

If you are just replacing the hose. Its 5/16 and the part number for the hose clamps are 4596424AA.

i guess the clamps are the the clamps with the slots on them worm gear
i have seen some different agreements on the issue of the clamps some say fuel injection others say worm gear.

not to disagree with a gear clamp, it will work just fine, I just prefer the FI clamps as I find they clamp better
