that could be a brakes sticking caliper. after some driving carefully touch the rim to see if its extremely hot. other than that maybe a wheel bearing going bad. that there aint difinitely good.
I take it you don't hear it parked in the driveway. Sounds like the frequency increases with speed. Gotta stick with brakes or bearings, maybe something in the transfer case. Doesn't sound like CV joints.
I went to the Chrysler dealer and they told me it was front bearings. Had them changed and the noise is still there. I ran down a hill with the engine off and the noise is still there.
