Front Heater Not Blowing
I have a 2002 Caravan. The heater only blows SOMETIMES.I replaced the blower motor resistor.Sometimes when I start the van it turns on,sometimes after the van is running for 5 to 10 min. it starts, sometimes it doesn't start. When I push the power button i hear a small "click"and a short "bzzzzz" where the blower motor is but it doesn't come on.When I turn it off I hear the same thing.Could this be a relay or is it possiblt the blower motor?

Blower
Last night when I hit the dash around where the blower is located it did kick on.I don't know if this was coincedence. When I just started it the blower came on.Soumeone just told me they think its the blower motor.I don't know what that "click-BZZZZ" is unless its the fan trying to start.Could it possibly be a relay?

Blower relay, resistor and motor
Once again DF has saved the day for me. I too had the blower poop out on me. I did my homework here and decided to try replacing the relay first and if that didn't work I'd replace the resistor. Success with replacing the resistor. I have a feeling that the motor will eventually need replacing as well.
Of note: I researched the various brands of resistors and customer reviews
indicated that these new resistors (boy do they look different from the original)
have a tendancy to fail. Customers had to get replacements up to three times before getting one that was good.
I'm just so tickled that I could save so much time and money by doing all this
myself. Piece of cake. My girl friends want me to come fix their cars now.
Thanks DF!!!

blower motor
Did you have the windshield replaced on the van? If you did, they take a piece of weather stripping off the top of the wiper cowling were it meets the windshield and it allows water to run down inside the firewall through the plenum and finally down into the blower motor causing it to fail. That is what happened with my 2001 grand caravan. Hope this helps.
