Have a 2002 Town and Country . Had driver front wheel off while greasing the tierod. Put the wheel back on and drove car, the ABS light was on and won't turn off now . any ideas what might have happened and what I can do to fix it ? I did disconnect the battery but that didn't reset the light . Thanks

 

You need a scanner that can read the codes from the ABS module and then post. Clearing the codes, you need a scanner.

Logic screams yes. Have you reinspected the area?

 

Not yet , was waiting till the weekend to look at it

 

A took off the wheel , looked around , cleaned the sensor and the ABS light is still on

 

Pulled the codes from the ABS
- # 10 - ABS Valve Power Feed Malfunction ...could this be from pulling the fuse out to see if that set the light off ??I have no idea what this is ??

- # 2 ABS Left front speed / signal

- # 6 ABS left rear speed / signal
Is the left the drivers or passenger side as it differs depending on where you are ?

Once we cleared the codes BOTH the ABS and Brake light went out and when I drove it they BOTH came back on at the same time

 

Anyone have any ideas
