1999 Voyageur Help plz!
Ok...
I have 99 Plymouth Voyageur... here are my problems.
#1 Air Bag light is on and staying on.
#2 Cruise Control does NOT work
#3 Horn does NOT work.
I checked all the fuses and they are fine.
I went into the IPM and looked at the fuses in there too.. they are ALL AOK.
All 3 of these problems happened at once.
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance guys!

The most likely suspect is the clockspring assembly.
All the symptoms are perfect.
Call the dealer explain the symptoms and act surprised when they diagnose it.
Extremely common and I was told there is a lifetime warranty.
Good Luck.

If we created a top 10 problems for the Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth minivans.
1 would be Transmissions.[:@]
2 would be clock spring.
3 spark plug replacement. (yes, it can be done)
4 trouble code deciphering.
5 front stabilizer bushings
6 Front brakes and rotors (buy in bulk)
7 fuel filters
Did I leave anything out???

I personally think that is a good number on your list. [:@]
Does the clock spring issue affect the cruise control operation. I just had the clock spring done on my wifes 98 GC and it cured the airbag light and the horn works now but the cruise is still inoperative.
Yes, It does connect to the cruise buttons.
I would call the dealer back and complain if the cruise worked previous to the problem.
You may get some satisfaction.

I just had my clock spring replaced & my cruise control is working now.
Oh & the spark plugs atlest on the 3.0L aren't that hard to change, I couldn't see the 3.3 being that much worse. Do you guys remove the wiper cowl? That gives perfect access to the rear spark plugs.
