2003 caravan have a book but just cant find it now, under the hood or under the van or the worsed place on top of the gas tank

DODGE 2005 Grand caravan

I have a dodge grand caravan 2005 with 85k miles that has an antifreeze/coolant leak? Is this common? Anyone encountered this?

Would putting leak stop in help?
