the New Charger to me looks more like a Generation I Coronet?Charger than the Gen II B Body that I love so much.
Infernomag please take no offense to my comments as I truly think you got one wicked ride in a scorchingly cool color. My it bring you many thousands of miles of enjoyment!

Oh well time to go drive my what ever it is.
Infernomag,
Hey my friend you by all means own and are enjoying a Charger. I in no way was trying to say otherwise and was not trying to make a poke at you or other 06 Charger owner. I just happen to like like Gen II Chargers best. that is not to take away from the Gen I it's in every way a Charger and counts. Just not my favorite. I tried very hard to seperate my best wishes for your new ride and my particular taste I apologize if I failed.

No problem I was mainly talking about some others on a different site they were flat out mean and unaccepting. To each their own otherwise we would all be the same. I have not been offended by anyone here yet.
I understand the love of the older cars. I grew up with several Mustangs in the family and still have a 66 coupe that I am restoring and I wasn't to crazy for the 94-98 cars so I know what your talking about. I just don't think Dodge was looking for a clone like the new Mustang, will it pay off remains to be seen. Needless to say this is still a nice car and a blast to drive.[sm=smiley20.gif]

Quick question...anyone know why the 5.7 has two different horsepower ratings? What did they do to the Daytona that they didn't to the R/T?

I'll admit it when I first seen just pics of it I wasn't too impressed but the more I looked at it and finally seen it in person it really grew on me, then I drove one and that was it.
I was hooked on the stats and pics, yesterday I saw one in person and that was it! 4 doors or not, I love it! My son would love the monitor in the back too, lol. He's only 1.5 years old and he's already got favorite DVDs
