ALL HANDS ON DECK ESP IS DEAD
i solder my wires. i own a home alarm installtion company and we solder everything. makes for a better connection. but to each there own. easier to hide too with the tape. i just took it out when my wife got home and man it is crazy. i wasnt ready for it and i almost lost it leaving a turn. it feels like it has better pull of the line. you can get the tires to bite better and pull right from the line. all around wirth it. but be ready for it and i wont daily drive with it on!!!![sm=violent053.gif]
exactly but now you have a real choice when you wanna play flick the switch .normal driving flip the switch back.just the word of the day is caution there is a lot of power there that maybe some may not be ready for ,so i want to restate what you said be careful there is a lot of power that is unleashed,or maybe i should say better applied .the power was always there just now you can actuall y unleash it.also some people if there not use to the real kind of power might be surprised ,not trying to be insultuive but there is a big difference in the car with esp of and esp on .with the esp off you need to know how to drive.i tell my wife all the time just because you can drive straight on a highway doesnt mean you can drive.you can teach a monkey to drive straight ,go into a fish tail in a curve at 90 with no esp and we will see how good
...so please do be careful ............that is my message...

What are the rubber mats that you and your schematic refer to? I've gone through and edited your original instructions, and layed it all out in numbered steps. Seems pretty simple and I hope the rubber mats will become obvious once it get started.
Basically, we're just putting a switch in that one wire to either complete its circuit, or break that circuit, right? I'm thinking that I will see if I can put the switch inside the consol arm rest in one of the coin holder slots.
