50,000 miles on a set of tires? I don't think I've ever gone over 30,000 miles on a set of tires, on any car I've owned.
My 78 Magnum got almost 50,000 miles out of the Goodyear GT radials it came with.

Oh, about the new ones, I read where they were the 1st car for realibility in the medium sized cross-overs. I wasn't aware that they were "crossovers"

I have 50,000miles on my 06 AWD SXT Magnum, and I have never had a serious problem with it. Never has it been in the shop

EPA classification is TRUCK, which explains the lack of gas-guzzler tax. So technically, they're a cross-over. (What a stupid term.)

My 2005 RT has been back to the stealership twice. Once was because the transmission was leaking fluid. The second time was because the tie-rod ends took a dump and screwed up the tires.

Both fixes were covered under warranty, the but the dealer said to pound sand on the tires. Won't be buying from them again, nor will they service my car again.

Have had mine now for 6 weeks. Started with 32,484, now at 33,445. Not sure if the qualifies me for your stats yet. I am powered up with a 6.1 hemi. Has been flawless so far. Kicked it up to 130mph, again, flawless. There isn't nothing I can say that is negative at this point. I will keep you posted.

I have a magnum SE 05, it was good the 1st year now all of a sudden the check engine light comes on and it idels heavy. I took it in 8 times and still theyHAVE NOT found out what's causing it. I also had problems with the tires 4 times, but that was Les Schwabbs fault. I actually was trying to con my husband into getting me a chevy truck, but he loves my car too much.

Sorry for not responding sooner. Looks like I didn't have automatic notifications selected.

The best time to sign up is when you first buy a car, but any point will work. Data are collected going forward so that past experiences cannot bias the results.

While the information posted here will no doubt help people, I can only use data submitted through the surveys. More participants are especially needed for 2007 and 2008.

I've had my '05 since 13,000 kms,Feb 07(not sure if it's OK for your survey) but no problems, only taken in for routine maint, a bulb out in the dash and a couple of paint flaws(warranty work)....drives like a dreams and when the V8 wants to go, I go and very quickly.
I'm up to around 31,000 kms now and still love the car,I wouldn't think of owning anything else.

Just about any car 1996 or newer is eligible to participate in the survey. People can enrolleven older cars, but I'm not sure I'll collect data on them.

Latest results recently posted for the 2005 and 2006.

Need more participants to report results for 2007 and 2008. Are repair rates lower for these years?
