Dodge MagnumThe Dodge Magnum, the wagon that made wagons cool. The unique look of the Dodge Magnum makes any trim level, from SE to SRT-8, an absolute head turner.
Chrysler is telling the German dealers to use 10-40 in the HEMI engines in the 300 and 300 Touring, 5-20 does not exist here. After I found that out, I bought some 5-20 at the PX and had them change it out...go figure.

Was wondering the point of the 300 mile change? Than why 5K when the owners manual says 6....Was just wondering if I should consider this...
I changed it at 300 miles to get out of any metal particles that are in the oil and there were a few. Also if syn oil is as good as you sometime read, might as well start as soon as possible. The 5,000 mile interval in easy to remember, happens for me about 4 times a year and I rotate the tires at the same time. Like may things related to maintance of our autos there will be a cost effective line that we try to walk. I feel comfortable with the 5,000 mile changes. Now thats not to say some day if oil prices continues to rise that my comfort level may also rise with it.
