Yeah...I can vouch for that. Car pulls significantly better with them for the reason Squee just described.

gonna need the gaskets, whenever you take the head off you really should replace the gasket.
Get a good set of head bolts too. There's no sense in putting the money into headwork and a cam to have a 1 dollar bolt screw the whole pooch.

ARP head studs are your best bet.

Should I get the Rex Motor Mount Inserts?

Also, should I get the Prothane Motor Mount Inserts or the Energy Suspension Upper and Lower motor mount inserts?

I have the prothane race motor mounts. I would recommend them, they are stiff though so be prepared for increased vibration. I have not tried the other mounts but these seem to work very well, car definitely pulls better with them in because I don't get wheel hop anymore.

Yeah I forgot about the head bolts, they should only be torqued once.
