Hey one more thing I was wondering how you can remove the side molding from an SXT?

It is held on by double stick tape.

do it on a hot day, it will make it so much easier
Or use a hair dryer or heat gun, but it is summer you should not have a problem.

Hi!
new here, I have a 04 SE..just aquired about 2 months ago and am slowly getting things done to it....

I wanted also to remove the black side molding on mine... asked some friends and found this post....

I finally just went out today after work and just pulled them off! it was around 70 degrees out...

but they did leave some foam sticky lines.... so now I have a blister on both thumbs from "rolling" off those sticky foam lines![&:]

..just washed the car afterward and now I got smooth sides!

You should have left the molding. It matched your awesome spoiler!
