Isspro gauges and A-pillar mount

Isspro gauges and A-pillar mount
I'm thinking about going with a set of Isspro gauges and the A-pillar mount. I'm looking at the Pyro gauge, the Fuel pressure gauge, and the Boost gauge. My question is, the boost gauge comes available in a 0-30, 0-40, and 0-60 set up. I've heard you guy's say that a 0-35 is all you would need for a basically stock engine ( which is what I have ) so should I go with the 0-30, or the 0-40 set up?
Are Isspro gauges good? They seem to best match the factory gauges which is why I'm looking at them.
How about the A-pillar? Is is difficult to install? I have the tweeter so I would be ordering that one, has anyone installed one yet? Do you like it?

RE: Isspro gauges and A-pillar mount
I had a 2001 Ram 2500 and put an A-pilliar gauge set in it. Autometer sells one for your truck. It come with a hole for your factory tweeter. Autometer tell you to cut the bulge where your tweeter is on your stock A-pillar trim. You have to mount the Autometer A-pillar gauge pod over youe exixting A-pilliar trim. What I did was go find the A-pillar trim from a dodge pick-up with out the tweeter and used that one. Then you have to just drill a hole for all of your wires to come through. It comes with installation instructions, and they are pretty straight foreward. You have any mechanical aptitude you will be fine. I don't know about that brand of gauges, I have never heard of them before. I am not saying they are bad, just saying I have never heard of them. I myself prefer Autometer. Only because that is all I have ever used. As long as your don't buy from JC Whittney you should be fine. Good luck any questions let me know. -Jake

I think you would do best with a 0-40 gauge. I have the a pillar mount with tweeter and as said before you do have to cut apart the original. I would recomend taking you vin and going to the dealership and getting a can of paint to match, that way it looks like it came with it.

RE: Isspro gauges and A-pillar mount
I just installed mine today. Piece of cake. I bought an Isspro FP gauge and installed it along with my banks boost and pyro gauges in a triple pillar pod. Order the vulcan universal 30" line from Geno's along with the gauge. That included all the needed parts and I didn't have to run to the auto parts store in the middle of the install for a $.57 part. That rarely happens. I used an air cut off wheel to hack up my factory pillar piece so I had plenty of room to work with instead of fishing wires through a 3/8" hole.
The only thing I didn't like about the autometer pillar is the factory tweeter does not flush mount in it. It snaps in place and sticks out, unlike the flush mount in the factory piece. I'll be installing all my aftermarket stereo stuff soon so no big deal, but I wouldn't like it if I was keeping the factory tweet in there. I bought all my stuff from Geno's and the Mopar factory trim paint matched perfectly. I can provide pics if you want. Good luck.
