Can ya post a pic of your intake manifold, maybe one of us can point ya in the right direction

You should be able to pull the panel out that has the headlight switch on it, to get at the wiring, not sure how to but somebody here ought to be able to help here?? Talk about "rat nest" with all the wiring for gauges and the off road lights plus the all the factory stuff under the dash, I can tell ya.. you called it right... RATS NEST!! [:@]

Make sure ya run that inline fuse between the gauges and yer CB... 5 amp fuse too eh!?

Those manifold bolts are "plugs".. I installed mine as far back as possible less wiring need and cleaner install.

donnie. . .I took that pic looking at the very front of the engine. the first intake manifold bolt closest to the engine, just yank that one out and put the boost bolt in, torque to 18-lb-ft and your good to go

How the heck do you guy's reach the headlight switch? My headlight switch is ALLLLL the way up at the top of the dash burried behind one heluva rats nest of wires. Where do you start?
That plastic trim piece that runs all around the dash just pulls off (kinda stubborn), then two torxs(if I remeber correctly)hold the switch in from the front.

It's ok, I shoot back.

I will use sillicone or rubber cement.
Might cause some issues down the road, I'll just carry a can of brakeclean. A little squirt in the right place will take a bear down

REALLY ??

You just pull it off ??

I'd be afraid of cracking / breaking it.

The wood grain piece just pops off ??

Is where the boost bolt goes pictured here ??
