Around here there are so many folks running red the two stations that sell it are out many times. Every time you go by there is someone fillingup 6 gallon cans. That is total BS from Diodge about the pump. Red is same fuel except red dye. Trash may have caused it but red had nothing to do with it.

There's one by me that sells it as home heating oil. All of the construction guys fill up their transfer tanks there. Some people even fill up 55 gallon drums of it.

You don't get out much, you can even get it in town for construction equipment, but you get out in farm country you find it at a lot of stations

As of Aug. 07 all off road had to be at least LSD <500 ppm. That's what most of it is now but some guys are saying that they are getting some ULSD red fuel.

all diesel produced right now is the ULSD stuff. . .I doubt you can find LSD. even off road is going to be ULSD, with just red dye.

Last time I checked I did live in "farm country". The only way I know how to get non tax fuel is to have a fuel truck deliver it to a private storage tank.

That's the way it works around here... and at what point does it become "Red" fuel? When does the driver drop the dye into the tank?

The only other "fuel oil" that I have seen sold at stations is K1.
