ok, that's what I thought, I was thinking if it were electrical it might have a loose wire and cause the intermittent problem.

another thing you should do is get a jumper wire with some alligator clips on both ends and run from the positve terminal of the batt to the ip shut off servo. this will verify if your problem is electrical with your pump, eliminating all variables except for the servo itself. Be sure to disconnect the origional wire first. Yup you will have to open your hood to shut it off but it is only for test purposes.

did you try the jumper wire thing?

ok the lift pump has not made a difference but the irratic shut down has lessened.

now with the shifting problem..

it jsut recently started to not hit OD. I mentioned this a few days ago I believe.

I removed the TPS and cleaned it according to the great link by BC847.

I have not adjusted the TPS yet.

did replace the female spade terminal on the (solenoid?) at the bottom of the FI Pump.

it was loose on the terminal and the factory wire connector had actually melted from poor connection.

I will up date when Ifind out more.

I got the kit from http://www.stylinmotors.com/dodge.html. These hoses are great, over 1/4" thick. Compared to the stealership they are super cheap too.
