I have over 10 grand in back due child support in Los Angeles. all my tax refunds go there. I do make my semi monthly payments but while the paternity test was happening it was all adding up and the County of Los angeles takes forever so I now pay for a daughter I have seen once and it prevents me form getting a passport as well.

 

Refund?? Whats that? I haven't seen one of those in 4 years!!

 

damn jimmy, that really sucks! i feel for ya man.. you should gather us troops together on DF and take a collection. i'm sure there are plenty of us that may be able to make a donation!

buzzy: i know what you mean, kinda. i usually get a refund, but its usually only a couple hundred bucks, and thats only because i was a student. this year could go either way. i could get anywhere from having to pay in, to getting somewhere around 4 grand. it all depends on how things turn out and how good of a CPA i can find...

Thanks, before I bought my truck and wifes truck, I had a couple opportunities to pay it all off, but there is a long story behind it and I would not want the mom of the child to get all the money at once as I know she would do something stupid. I pay the 10% interest on it and couple hundred from every paycheck and just let it be. I never ran from the responsibility in which I pride myself, but at the same time the kid is 6 or 7 years old and never seen it since 2 days old in eh hospital. Not my fault there but I dont even claim it as my child, biologically yes. But she is just a stranger. I have my two boys here at home I raise and I am fine with that.

so far I OWE the IRS $5'gs!!! not all of my 1099's are in either. I also ahve not listed my deductions.

so I will be taking IRS donations for my reverse refund

 

I've heard these rumors about an $800.00 refund. I'll believe it when I see it, but if I DO wind up with 800 smacks, I think I'm gonna get myself some of those slick wheels and tires like 59 got. I think they'd look pretty good on my truck.
