Default brakes pulling 98.5 3/4 ton

I'm no master mechanicso here's my situation: I pulled a heavy concrete trailer across town without a brake controller so this warped my brakes. I then had a terrible pulsation in the brake pedal. I only found onerotor to be catching on the pads so I replaced only this passenger side rotor (didn't want to chance replacing the hub on drivers side $$$$$). At the same time I replaced both side pads and calipers. I also went to change both brake lines but they gave me the wrong one for the drivers side so I only got the passenger side line changed. Now the pedal is smooth but the truck pulls really hard to the left with medium to hard brakeing. I would imagine the drivers side rotor could be warped causing that side to brake harder than the passenger side but the pedal is smooth, no pulsation. Any suggestions?

I agree, I think you'll need to replace the drivers side rotor as well as the brake line.

Do you think it's possible for the rotor to be warped without the pedal pulsating?

it is a good idea to read this TSB
before tackling the problem:

I'm not sure what this TSB info means? All I know is my truck tracks down the road straight as can be until I apply the brakes with medium to hard pressure. I jacked up the front end today and spun the wheels, the passenger wheel spins almost freely just grazing the pads and the drivers side drags on the pads all the way around and this is the side that the truck pulls to. Also, on the driver side wheel when I go to spin it the wheel will shift just slightly before the rotor catches and spins. The passenger side does not do this, anybody know why this is?

are both calipers lubes up good so they slide back and forth and dont catch or hang up, obvioulsy one side is working harder then the other, brake lines would be worthless changing. i would replace the other rotor most likely your problem

Yeah the slide bolts are lubed up I'm probably going to try replacing the rotor and go from there. The only other thing I can think of is maybe I got a defective caliper on the passenger side? I'm betting on the rotor though.

did you have the other rotor turned?

are the steering control arm bushings or any other front end item (ball joint) worn out??

No didn't turn the rotor just left it alone because of the hub and bearing issue with these trucks. The front end feels solid.

I'm thinking if I warped the one rotor bad enough as it was this other old rotor had to take some damage as well. I'm almost positive I need to change it so thats what I'm gonna try.
