i finally installed my airbags today.


this is them with 90psi

i had to modify the wheel well liner to fit the airbags in.

with out load i am going to run between 5-20 psi. i was just checking how high it got the truck. with 90 psi the back end jumps around like a jack rabbit

Of course it's too late now, but could you have dropped your spare tire to access the leaf springs and axle to install the bags. Thats what I did when installing my Pac-Brake air bags.

Hate to see ya whack your wheel liners like that.

i know i hated to do it too. but to drill we had to get there some how. and i couldnt take them out with out spending more $ on more of those dainty plastic clips

i run mine on 70 psi empty and to 100psi.. for now one got a hole in it so 0psi and its run really rough...
lifetime warranty tough

Mine fit beside the springs. Didn't have to mess with the liners. Must be a different kit.

yah the kit mounted on the side of the frame. so i had no choise.

Is anybody using this type of kit as part of their lift? I was wanting to make mine ride smoother by removing one of the leaf springs and lift the truck say 2" with this. Do you think it would work like air shocks and make the ride rougher?
