Default Kore leveling kit update.......

So far i love it!!!!! The ride is a night and day difference!!!

I do have some minor rubbing at full steer on the passenger side, nothing on the drivers side. Passenger tire is rubbing the sway bar and the rear stabilizer bar. So i may be looking at new rims in the near future!!!!!

Took her in today for an oil change and alignment. Alignment was slightly off, but wasn't that bad according to the tech!!!!

I also got the high idle turned on. Should I only use this for warming up the truck?????

They said they couldn't adjust the speedo for my bigger tires. Anything after 05 did not have that feature. I'm hoping Parts&Service reads this and can chime in????

She also gets a lot more attention when sitting still. I think its the silver Bilstein 5100's that gets everyones attention!!!!!

might need an adjustable trac bar to center the axle. If its rubbing one side and not the other the axle is not centered.

Yeah, its the right tire that is rubbing.

Looking at it, it looks centered. I'll be stopping by a shop sometime next week to have them look at it. I need to get some prices for gauges anyways

an adjustable tracbar (I have a thurenfab one) will fix that right up... look down the sides and you'll see one side is about .75~1.0" off... split that when you center it and it'll look right & not rub.

Yeah it moves your axle off center when you level it. You can get offset bushings for the stock trac bar for about $100 to center it back up. But the extra money for thuren adjustablewould be best if you ever think you might slap ataller lift on.

Adjustable Trac Bar will not help the rubbing. The backapacing of the stock wheel is 6.25". Any wheels w/ 5.5" & 6" of backspacing and no wider than 9" is the correct wheel w/ a 3" suspension up front on our trucks.

You should just be rubbing the upper control arms and nothing else w/ the stock wheels. It'snot going to hurtnothing other than how much can you tolerate the rubbing noise at almost full lock.
