I cant tell any difference between a 2005 and a 2003, are the only differences internal? I'm wondering because of the drastic power ratings between the 2004 and the 2004.5 model cummins.

Alright, nobody knows from the picture, sorry about the crappy quality. I figured out that it doesnt really matter because the Edge programmers can add 100hp and a lot of torque for not a whole lot of money or effort. Im going to have to get used to being able to add power so easily and in so many different ways after having my v10 for so long

just by looking at the picture cant tell if it is or not
look on the plate its on the drivers side valve cover if its a 2004 hp rating will be 305 California truck will be 245 or 250 hp
2004.5 will be 325 hp
I am not sure about Cali 2004.5 engines

or you can look at the door tag anything made after 6/04 is a 2004.5

yes it does injectors are different.. and so are some programmers not all but some different. I know Bully dog works from 03 - 06 yet that is the power pup... Good luck if your getting any programmers or anything like that get gauges those are important to keep a eye on your EGT boost and trans temp if auto and Your rail pressure gauge
