Unless the shop is completely booked... should be on by the end of the day. dropping my truck off to get an alarm add-on to it and the muffler shop is right next door. muffler is in the truck all ready to go... [sm=happybounce.gif]
seems to work fine. shifts are quicker but not harsh, held 2nd gear pretty well this morning with the box on econo settings. Jason mentioned that I should be fine going as high as 5 now on the TQ setting, 3 maybe 4 on the hp setting.
I had every intention of doing it myself, but since I was down the shore with nothing to do on a rainy day I decided to spend the day at the muffler shop letting them hang it. It didn't look difficult at all. They DID hafta use some pipe that I didn't have because I decided to eliminat the original resonator plus the Aero is shorter than the stock muffler.
All in all, I'm glad that I had it done instead of doing it myself. They had everything right there that they needed. Had I done it myself, I would have had to run to a muffler shop anyway for the needed pipe. Too much agg IMO.
ahahahahaha... dropped the truck off and the muffler shop will have it done. actually the rack was free as I was leaving however the sound shop had the truck 1st to install a remote release on the tonneau cover. should be done today!
on a side note, the sound shop owner's brother just bought an '06/'07 2wd ram ctd... said he saw my truck and got the bug and just had to have one.
