it is a mega cab, dualy, long bed

someone fabbed this thing up and did a good job, took the bed off a 06 QCLB lengthened the frame and slammed that bed on it. Now if only DC would make one. . .it would be pushing 180 inches of wheel base, but that would be cool

That looks exactly like the one I am picking up tomorrow morning, EXCEPT for the MEGA CAB, that is the one I was hoping to get .

Ok maybe not exactly, mine has the chrome molding on the doors, and the window trim, as well as the diamond plate tubes and mud flaps,

Sheeeezz, thanks a pant load DREW for posting that picture, I can t wait for tomorrow as it is and then you go putting that picture up.

Yeah,, its definately the mega cab that sets it off, its the first thing that I noticed. The more I see the megacabs, the more I wish I had bought one when I had the chance.

there is a market, DC doesnt make one cause the wheel base is so long. there are only two frames for the 2/3500's, RC/LB, QC/SB, then you have the QC/LB and the MC/SB. this would be one of those one off configurations that DC probably wouldnt produce.

I also heard a rumor as to why it will never be made is that in the factory there is a turn that has to be made and the QC/LB, and MC/SB's squeek by with less than an inch before hitting something that is permenently mounted to the floor.
