Doggie not gonna like the vibration!!! Ouch! Some places vibration is not allowed! We did it to my good dog thats lets us do it when he split his toenail and kept catching on stuff from rocks and he almost bit us! But he knows I bite back!

We trim the dods nails every month. My basset hound fights more than the german shepard!! They get used to it after a while. I always just give them their hartworm like a treat after were done. The worst part is cleaning their ears. The hound (rufus) looks small but he is pretty strong when he wants to be!! Try giving your dog a treat to munch on and see if that distracts him enough. These are my dogs I raised growing up- ones now passed away and the other two are barely surviving still. Tan one passed away (boxer/ pitt) doesn't look like it huh?! Cocker will just kill over when she goes- (14 years old). and the healer/ rott mix had a total knee replacement earlier this year. Can you beleive its just fishing line holding it together?!!![:-]

not everyone has big dogs. . .here's mine, he's a Chocolate Cocker, 7 months old and tipping the scale around 22 pounds.

My ladyfriend wants me to get another dog, but I'm just not ready for another pet right now. I'm still getting over a 16 year old cat that I had who passed away last year. I'm warm to the idea of a dog, but realisticaly I know that I can't be home enough to get it out for walks and such.

He's cute!!! My dad put a bleach stripe down my black cocker and made her look like a skunk years ago. She smelled pretty though!!!

The time will come Mayfair, you have to be devoted with dogs- cats can take care of themselves but they need attention 2. Its hard- especially when I put my big dog down, but I saw how much pain she was in. Plus dogs don't use a litter box unless you have a corner somewhere- hope noone uses that way! Stinky House!!!

Drew- your cocker have seizures? Just curious?

 

pfft ... are you kidding me ?? You should SEE some of the houses these guy's here live in. They're DEFINATELY not worried about 1 corner !!
