12: Battery Disconnected; Direct battery input to PCM was disconnected with in the last 50 key-on cycles.
35: Rad Fan Control Relay Circuit; An open or shorted condition detected in the low speed radiator fan relay control circuit. Not sure why you are getting this code. According to my Haynes manual #30065 it only applies to the 2.5L engine, which I do not believe were ever used on the big vans.
55: End of Messages, or Good Bye; Completion of fault code display on Check Engine lamp.

Code 12 just means the battery has been disconnected within the last 50 ignition key ons.
Code 35 and I quote directly from my Haynes manual.
"open or shorted condition detected in the idle contact switch(TBI models only) circuits"
I cannot explain how that has any relevance to a non functioning overdrive, I'm sure alloro will. No doubt 22dodge will tell you how inept you are for not knowing something so blatantly obvious.
Code 55 means end of codes.
Now a code 45 says:
Overdrive solenoid. problem detected in the overdrive solenoid circuit.
And not that is is relevant, but I just added an extra off/ on to the key dance and still got the codes.
