Default 1994 B350 stall in idle

I have a 1994 Dodge RAM B350 5.2l v8 - actually a camper van conversion. (Pleasure-Way)
Runs and cruises great
When hot stalls at lights and stops signs etc
It was doing this before any of the below.
If i apply gas when I feel it stalling its OK and stays alive

I have had the transmission rebuilt professionally
Myself i changed (just cause I could and it was easy)
PCV Valve, EGR Valve, Throttle position sensor, Air control valve
Air filter, spark plugs
applied Throttle body cleaner to intake

The problem persists anyone have any ideas where to look next?
Thanks

What brand IAC? These engines really don't play nice with a lot of the aftermarket parts.....

To me, that sounds a lot like an IAC problem. Get a genuine Mopar replacement part, make sure the IAC well is REALLY clean, and do the swap. Leave the battery disconnected while you are in there playing. Once you have it all back together, hook the battery back up, turn the ignition to "on" (not start) count to ten, (don't touch anything) then start the engine. PCM should figure out idle fairly quickly, and the problem *should* be gone.

Yeah, the BWD feller didn't work worth a crap on my 96 truck either..... intermittent stalls at stops. It was annoying. Installed a spare (used) one I had laying around, and problems went away. They just don't seem to react fast enough.

Search by the part number, you can usually find them on Ebay, or Amazon, for a reasonable price.

Hi! I acquired a 1999 B1500 5.2 a few years ago and went through all of your described issues after a tune up and replacing injectors, etc.
After going through aftermarket IAC (eBay is a good place to find an OE one, or even Amazon), TPS, and MAP sensors, I ended up scavenging a used OE MAP, and TPS from a local salvage yard, I still had issues. I read somewhere that the crank sensor could be the problem. I got a new one, but when I pulled the old one, it was covered with metal shavings from what I am guessing the starter and flex plate. I was curious if the "fuzz" was interfering with the crank signal, so since I already wrestled the doghouse off, I cleaned it off and gave it a try. Lo and behold it stopped acting stupid. I did install the new crank sensor (BWD I think) and it has run great for the past four years. I tossed the old one in the "back-up" parts box since there was probably nothing wrong with it. Give it a try and see how it works for you.
