Superchips Hemi Microtuner will be available on April.

I'm interested in one for my '04 1500 QC.
I noticed in the description of the 5.9 tuner that only rev/speed limiter and tire gearing can be changed. Are all Superchips programmers this limited? Can other parameters be changed in the EEPROMs? Finally, do you need a PhD in engine tuning to drive one of these programmers?

Dave, I tuned my 5.9 in less than 10 minutes, ufortunately my tuner only adjusts the items you mentioned. Hemi, may be different, however I doubt it.
