That was two days ago. I'll call DSP tomorrow to get a status. Obviously I'd like to get this cleared. Monday the truck goes in for paint (roll pan) and some more clear coat. I'm wanting a wet look. I have a couple pieces from Moe's also due in so all in all it'll be a busy week.
Hope you get this worked out! Be sure to post pics of your truck when you get it back from the shop! Did you paint the grill in your truck yourself?

ryanbum, seen the pic, very nice truck, I like chrome so would suggest mirror covers and chrome fuel door.

By the way guys I been stalled outta doing any mods as been spending money on my fence project last month (almost 600 bucks on red cedar and cement) which with one gate door done and 8 posts in, is only about 17 ft long so far and 190 ft to go so mathematically its not looking good, but doing the hard stuff first.

I really suck at painting, so I had a local guy who was working out of his garage a chance at doing the upper bumper cover and grille. I have had no problems with matching paint. The red (PR4) holds it's color better than most.

Thank you! I think i'm going to color match my bumpers and grill, but i'm not dead set on that yet. What kind of fog lights do you have? They look good.

I'm considering color matching my grill too. If you don't mind me asking, what did it cost you to get your grill painted professionally?

That was the first items I had painted and gave the guy $160 to paint the grille and upper bumper. Painting is like exhaust work. "you get what you pay for". My last round at the body shop ran $850 which I had my sport mirrors, antenna shaved, tailgate shaved and bumpers painted. The work disappointed me and it goes to a custom shop Monday for a whole lot more money to have everything redone again. It won't be "viper wet", but it'll be as wet as you can get "Flame Red" I hope. We will see. And then to the exhaust shop to have some magic done with the install of a 30" SS magnaflow. SI/DO. What the hell, it's modding season...... go for it!

This is the new roll pan I'm putting on.. has hidden hitch behind licences plate.

Your truck looks GREAT! I don't have as much money as I would like to have to put into my truck... but college is a little more important to me at this point and time! My dad has restored quite a few muscle cars in the past few years and has all of the paint guns and an air compressor that would be needed to put a quality paint job on my bumpers and grill. He told me that he would help me paint them if I bought supplies, so I may end up going that route.

By all means, take your Dad up on his offer. It would make for a good time and you will learn a lot from him.

To answer your question: My Fog lights where a one time find, not real expensive but they filled the holes and still look good and work after 3 years, it was a hell of a homemade dremel and poprivet install but up close you can't tell it's homemade, for all the hastle I should have bought aftermarket OEM types as they are only about 125 a set. Oh ya and they are driving lights, my Fogs are the blue ones behind the grill, $59,00 at Canadian Tire (our big conglomorate store) but not wired in yet.

I wan't recon cab lights...

Redtruck, shaved tailgate, do you have a handle inside I mean how do you open it? And have you considered having some rounded rectangular shaped tail pipes come thru your roll pan as you can get them with an aluminum outside surround as that 1 of 2 parts doesn't get hot just the inside portion, as I thought you said you were redoing your exhaust, maybe dual stainless side exit pass side in front of wheels like synder.
