How do I Burnout?
Dropping the clutch at well over 2500 rpm's and making the tires spin. Some do it in 2nd/3rd gear, and this is very damaging to the transmission.
Now the smartass answer: Not enough sleep and hard work -

pull up your ebrake as far as it will go, put it in first and then dump the clutch and keep your rpm's around 4-5k. you should see a nice white could shortly after that.
one thing to remember when burning out, ALWAYS ROLL OUT OF IT. do not just drop the ebrake and hit the brakes, this is a sure way to break an axle.

You will also experience the dreaded and potentially damaging wheel hop. This is exactly what it sounds like, the wheels hop up and down violently and is very hard on everything.
you don't get wheel hop doing a burn out, well at least i never have, and i've done a few in my day lol. the reason that the axles snap is because you're putting out a lot of power, and by just slamming on the brakes afterwards it shocks the axles and they can't take it.

Huh??? How did you manage that? The first time I tried to do a burnout, I almost messed myself because I thought the wheel hop broke somehting. I wanted to get out and hug my car to apologize for the damage. Did you have stiffer mounts right away? I still can't do a burnout (probably a good thing) without nasty wheel hop.

wheel hop is what breaks axels on most cars- ive only owned 1 car that broke them with torqe alone and that was because the axels where to weak for the power. i dont see srt-4s with that problem tho unless your in the high 400's(Hp) maybe.
ive never seen a car that "wont wheel hop"..hell, the mirada will hop the wheels if i try hard enough...and its RWD and has over 400 horsepower...the RT wheel hops like crazy, while its not very fast...and the bottled 1st gen sebring wheel hopped so hard last year with the steel MMs that i broke the mounts for the ram air and ran over it...
My car wheel hops and I have maybe half the power of an SRT4.....and mine hops like damn rabbit does. lol. Once I put motor inserts in it helped, but it I still have wheel hop...so how you have an SRT4 with no wheel hop is beyond me.
