Ever try to buy parts for a car thats still in production? Next to impossible. I'm looking at sometime in march before i get my tranny. That's when the last production SRT-4's come off the line for the '04 model year, then dodge will sell me another tranny. The other option is the '03's but they made running changes on the tranny's built after 11-03, such as, LSD, closer ratio gears, etc. So i'm holding out. I will be at all the meets looking around, but my car won't be there. And there is only one track that i can run 10's on and thats by myself, i would be run off any other track runnin 10's with out the safety equiptment. Roll cage, window nets, out side battery kill switch, arm restraints, Helmet, neck collar, and the list goes on an on. But who knows, a transmission might fall from the sky tomorrow.

 

Like my dads 630 HP+'74 Barracuda, you can run once on any track, then they see your time and lack of proper safty gear and kick your a** right off the track. <img border="0" src=smileys/smiley36.gif border="0">

Well i finally got my transmission. Picked it up from the dealer today and will have the srt up and running before the weekend. And the first order of business will be to do some street sweeping. </P>

Well if you had taken the time to study the picture more in detail, instead of curseing the world, because i have an '04 SRT-4 and you don't. You would have noticed the mopar 682cc/min fuel injectors, all eight of them, yes i said 8. Second you would have noticed the 3.0 bar map and tip sensor(you have to look close for these). But wait you say hes lyeing how could he get those? The same way i got my SRT-4, i brought it.</P>What you would not have noticed was the 2.5 inchmopar exhaust, 3 inch pressure pipe from the turbo to the intercooler, ATP Pressure pipe oh and the the freshly installed crane cams and adjustable gears And the mopar BOV works as good as any unit twice its price. And to end this converstation, you are a retard! Ipainted the WGA to look like stock, even went as far to bend the rod to fool suckers like you, that drool all over the latest modmags wishing you had a fast car. But don't worry when you get an SRT-4 in 2010, i will still have mine probaly in the 5 second range, but i will race you.

you can't "paint" the WGA, its brushed aluminam and its obvious when brushed aluminam is painted such as valve covers.</P>

What part of 682cc/min injectors did you not understand. Don't they teach kids to read in school these days? Well thats stupid who wants to run 5 injectors, the more the better, 8 is enough. I've heard a lot of "cant's" on this car but i've done all the do's. Nobody's put out 270hp on stock exhaust kid. It just won't work cause i've tried everything and had to go larger to touch the 300whp mark. I hadmade a custom3 inch dualsall the way,but over killed the turbo and and went to the mopar 2.5 inch which is were im setting now. I'm cranking 612whp(ON THE STOCK TURBO UNIT)while your still playing with <IMG src=smileys/smiley35.gif border="0">guestomated 270hp, what do you compare that with your tricycle?
