Replaced computer, power module, alternator, battery, distibutor and cap, coil, spark wire, plugs, MSD box. Had all grounds looked at, just can't put my finger on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also is it a major deal to replace the Head gasket, and isn't it a thicker gasket. The old one blew last weekend.
Rochester;
I guess the only stuff I've seen so far in here is everybody introducing them selves so I thought I'd try and cut to the chase. Did you find out any more info on this because I don't have a clue. With all the over engineered electronic gadgets out there, could it be some kinda faulty speed/shift sensor on the transmission?

So many dilemmas

Hello all, my name is Josh I am the owner of a 2003 Dodge ram SLT 4 x 4 , 4.7L Engine, Graphite in color, has a body kit. Tono cover, I've installed a K&N Cold Air Intake kit. Have also installed altezza euro rear tail lights.

Future upgrades:

Dual flowmaster exhaust (also might consider a high flow catalytic converter) But not sure on what the required back pressure should be.
LED 3rd brake light
Helix throttle body spacer.
Performance cross-drilled and sloted rotors
Billet Grille

Wish List

MSD ignition system, Not sure if there is or will ever be one for this engine (4.7L) as the ignition is controlled by the ECM, which sends the signals to individual coils sitting on top of the spark plugs.

JET performance chip.

A supercharger but would need the $$$

....so...if and when it does exist; what is your "gain" in doing it ?

The "gain" is better combustion, less fuel consumption, and more horsepower.

how and where do i ask a question concerning a "how do i do it?" specifically. i would like to know if:

"can anybody tell me if you can install the slider without removing the whole panel? if yes, how? i was told at an auto glass company that the whole panel would have to be replaced but if i did it myself they wouldn't get my business and therefore i don't trust their answer."
