I just saw my car ranked 13th of the fastest Sport FWD cars in the US. Not to bad for a 3200 lb w/o driver street car with a/c, cruise and everything else. Whats funny is it isnt even that modified. Best dyno was 421 h.p. and 457 tq.
upgraded turbo and IC, better exhaust and boost. Theres some small things like injectors etc required for more boost but, still got most of the OEM stuff on the car.
well then, my 12 second mirada is technically stock by that definition....
i would call something stock when youre "just changing the turbo/ic/injectors/exhaust.." id be willing to bet that the tranny would have to be built, otherwise all that hp would just disolve the factory trans...
The trans is stock with over 100 passes on it, and not easy either. I normally launch it around 5000-5500 rpm. The 568 trannys were the stroungest FWD Mopar used..
