Hi,

the 55 w will still need resistors and relay it's just give 15% more brightness but no other benefit, and because of the extra brightness, you will burn our your bulb and the ballast itself quicker too , so that's just some info.

one kit to canada (regardless if hi/lo or bi-xenon) is $35 EMS express shipping
two kits is $58 and three kits is $65, so you split the shipping and more worth it to get 3 kits or more,
