HI All,

Here's an answer I had posted up couple pages back regards to radio interference, the reason why we can't make the change on our end at this time is because of the % of this occurrence does not exceed the margin of change. What I mean by this is that if the number of incidents don't go above a certain % , in manufacturing cases (2%) of our orders, a change proposal will not be brought up and it will not be approved.

For example, we sell about approx 1000 kits a day, 2% of this number is 20 kits.
If we don't get more than 20 kits having this radio interference each day, the proposal
to make any changes to the ballast (due to radio interference) will be not be approved.

So far since I've worked here with HIDeXtra.com since last August 2009, I've gotten about 15 cases on radio interference issues. This number is not enough to bring up a proposal for research and development department to find out a solution and change the ballast.

Thanks for your understanding!

HI,

If you get the h13 bi-xenon, no additional parts are necessary since you will be powering the HID kit directly from the battery and it will bypass the canbus(computer) system, so no flickering or lamp out issue will occur.

After you have decided on the color that you want, please see below on how to order thanks!

2.) Then go to www.hidextra.com and choose the (BULB TYPE AND COLOR)

3.) Use Express checkout

4.) Input coupon code: springsp-m to get $17 off the kit price
Input coupon code: tenpercentoff-m to get 10% off bulbs only, ballast or accessories

On a side note, to those people with issues earlier in the thread, has everything been resolved to you satisfaction? I'm a bit concerned after reading so many issues with bulbs and ballasts, and I don't have the time to deal with problems like that.

Thanks,

Sorry, but you have me confused now. When you saw I will be bypassing the computer, are you implying that I will receive the relay harness with my lights? I want to be sure I get everything I need in one shot, and that I don't buy anything I won't need (because it will come with it). If you can clear that up for me, I will be ordering tonight

just placed two orders....one processed quickly, the other, for the fogs, is stuck in paypal processing stage?! Did I screw up? (aside from entering the wrong promo code and only getting $15 off lol) I would prefer they both show up at the same time and this is my only day off this week so I'm trying to get it all wrapped up tonight.
