Hi,

Please understand that as a manufacturer a 2% defecti is allowable, we ship about 1000 kits each day and 2 % means 20 customers out of these 1000 kits may have defects either upon arrival or after a short period of use, that is why our warranty is in process. Thanks for your understanding~

Just Ordered!

I have my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Can Hemi with two headlights. I purchased my HID fogs from another local location and they work flawlessly. I hope to have the same success with you guys as well.

I will be reporting back to inform you guys of my trial.

You keep falling back on this 2% defect rate as an allowable measure. Do you assume that ALL customers who have problems report it?

I'm still waiting to see what you guys are going to do to mitigate the FM reception issue. I'd love to have some better lights, but based on the negative posts here and the perception that 2% failure rate is acceptable gives me pause.

HI,

There is not enough customer complaints for us to mitigate the FM problem, because only lower signals areas have problems with our ballast and we cannot increase the radio signal in those areas.

and to answer your questions, yes all customer that have problems report it, and majority of our customers who purchase a kit with no problems never call back or respond, they just simply install and be happy or refer other customers. Thank you for your inquiry.
