Once I got rid of the RELAY and installed the Capacitors, no flickers of any kind. No lights alternate on or off when turned on, whether the truck is on or off, the lights work the first time. I don't know who at hidextra is recommending relays, but they're causing nothing but problems and a bad name for the company. Once again, I have the dual lights with capacitors, works 100% of the time and looks great.

I have a NEW problem with the HIDS I got from HIDnet.com

My fog lights are having the SAME issue as the driving lights. They had reserved wiring so they had to be cut and spliced into the factory wiring. They also were mounted at an angle/upside-down just like the driving lights.

I'm VERY unhappy at this happening with BOTH of my HID kits.

The HIDS work fine, but they shouldn't have been cut or spliced in the first place. They were advertised as "plug and play" and neither kit was.

Hello,

I ordered a set and it got here on Friday. I was able to install the kit today. I havea 2002 Dodge Ram 1500. Bulb size is 9007. I got the hi/low kit, where the low is HID and high is hologen. I got the capacitor that came with the kit. I hooked it up and everything work as it should, but when I stop the car and turn the lights off.....they stay one for an additional 20-30secs. I assume this is the capacitor discharging, is this normal and does anyone else have this issue?

I think this will become a problem if i left my lights on by mistake and thinking that it would shut down after 30secs.

Please advise.
