Dakota Stalling.
Crank sensor replaced and splices redone again.. still no love.
I just went out and was able to go around the block and did a small burnout.. but then stalled in the alley as I pulled in.. restarted right off and then parked it to come check email... it's entirely random.. I think it's the fuel pump or the fuel pressure regulator or am I complete moron?

My '93 is similar, except that if it does it on the freeway, it'll restart it's self without turning the key. Around town, after it dies, it'll restart right back up. I've replaced the crank sensor, pick up in distributor, no luck. Starting to point to the PCM.
yeah I have the same on my 1993 5.2L v8 Magnum Dakota. Except, it doesn't stall when driving. The only times mine has stalled is stopping, and that only happens within 5 minutes of starting up. After 5 minutes it's fine. She's only stalled on me twice, and I hope to keep it that way.
When mine did EVERYTHING you are reporting i replaced the fuel pump............ only to have the same exact issue. after doing troubleshooting I discovered the wiring in the lower loom was bad and had a ridiculous amount of resistance to it. I ran new wiring and that fixed the issue.
Check for continuity on that wire and make sure it's not dropping voltage.
Best of luck

https://dodgeforum.com/forum/1st-gen...ls-inside.html see if this helps you at all I just looked through it and in between a lot of useless banter there is some decent information (i hate reading my old posts)
I did some testing on the TPS sensor, and found a dead spot on it. I'll be replacing it this friday. I still don't think that's the ultimate cause, but it's obvious, so that's where I've been focusing my attention.
