I have acces to a junked dakota and would like to remove the push bar held on by the 4 main bumber bolts. My question is is it easier to remove grille ,will this let me get to these bolts from the top?I dont have access to torches or a electric grinder so I will have to take off the bolts. It looks like when the grille is out of the way I can get to these bolts from the top,am I right?

Ya with the grill out of the way you will have some more room, it might be worth it to try. To remove the grill there is about 10 simple screws all around.
The bumper bolts may be rusted out and stubborn. Take some penetrating oil and soak the bolts. If the bolts don't want to come out remove the bumper bracket from the frame and remove the brush guard once the bumper is off. Post up pics.
