Default Heater switch

Since I bought my Durango the the highest level of the heater switch never worked. But now the second highest isn't working.
So could this be the switch, relay, or the heater motor?
It's cold outside and I don't want the heater to die all together. I'm just glad my heated seats are working.

Any help would be great.
Thanks all

You can look at the DIY section on the first page under "fan blower motor resistor fix". HTH.

+1.

Blower resister. Easy fix on a 2001-2003 D, not so easy on a 1998-2000 D.

HS,

Links no workie. The big font one does, the rest do not.

Also, the last one says 2000-2003... if so... it is incorrect. The breakdown for the differences is 98-00 under the cowl and then 01-03 under the glovebox.
