I bought this last fall. Great truck for the money. I live in Northern Michigan and I have NEVER had a truck that was so good in the snow. I bought this as a winter beater. But I have grown to love this thing!! I want to do some inexpensive DIY up grades. Any suggestions?

Well, for 4x4 models, there's the Torsion/Shackle lift - good for roughly 2". I suggest getting some clear headlight housings, and also some nerf bars. If you like it loud you can cut out the old muffler and have a glasspack welded in, or a good high flow muffler of whatever brand. Something else I did was removed the old flat polished wheel center caps, and replaced them with the chrome 3D caps from a dodge ram. Define "inexpensive", it's very subjective to your own opinion. And if you have the towing package, it should have a secondary external transmission cooler with an electric fan, you can remove your thermal clutch fan and throw it in the back just in case you ever need it. It will free up a few ponies and allow the engine to rev a lot easier too.

Hey guys just got my durango 2 weeks ago and I love it. Its a 2003 Durango Sport 4wd with 125k on the 4.7. Already has a flowmaster 50 series and a k/n intake. I am going to post in here alot as progress allows.
When I got her
Already threw some nerf bars on, wayyyy lighter than the factory running boards

Honestly I don't know the guy I bought it from bought it like that. Maybe some old dealer option. I want to remove it, just need a good battle plan first so I don't make too much of a mess.
