Help! I have removed all the bolts to a right fender on a 2001 dodge durango. I also removed the fender flare, but it still won't budge. Help!

Or... run a chain from the fender to a staionary object, like a really big rock!
Put vehicle in reverse
Stomp on gas pedal
Rip fender off!

i would paint the fender before installing it unless you plan to have the entire truck painted, then i would paint the engine side before putting it on bc that side is very difficult to do once installed.
