I'm pretty sure I only have 1 fog light relay too.

Update...now my radio is turning on and off...it turns off than back on and repeats i lose the radio and the clock..than it will stay on for a while and start doing it again.I have the factory radio.

It really sounds like a power issue to me.

Do this, Remove both kick panels and look for a ground wire and tighten. If that doesn't fix the problem. Get a Central Timing Module from the dealer and have it program. Do not use one from junk yard. Because you don't know if that vehicle had the same problem.

What are kick panels?Im taking the truck to the dodge dealer and there going to hook it up to some fancy computer and do some tests.$95 what a rip off!All they do is plug it in,push some buttons and read what it says.Sorry that is alot of money for what 20mins of there time.

The kick panels are the plastic panels on the sides of the footwell.

As a temporary fix you could run new wires to the headlights and put a new switch inside the truck.

With the radio/clock also going out, I would have to fault the CTM as MasterTech says. Get a new replacement to see if that works.
