Well Got the axle in and Junk Yard Drive line in stalled and she is now on her own shoes. Here are before and after pics.
Before

After

My Son is about 5 Foot. The Tires are from my Explorer There is no rubbing. The size is 32/11.5r15. There is no rubbing at all. She drives just fine and according to Google Maps Her Speedo is dead on. The Tires are Nangkang Mud Stars. Great out in the Rocks. Also Previous owner has not lifted the D. I will when I get a chance see if I can get more lift out of the T-Bars.
She does drive great and love having her on the road. Now to get the heater working better.

Moving around under it's own power is pretty significant as well.

Thank you sir. I will get an app and double check it. I know when tires are bigger the Speedo is showing slower that what I am really going. When I was going 75 I was not blasting past anyone. I honestly do not think these tires are a real 32" tire. But its all good. I like how she is looking and really need to get her out into the trails and see how she is. I know I will want a Locker in the rear at a minimum. I plan to just put in a Lunch Box locker for what I am planning. She will drive a little on the road but wont be my Daily at all. So far I am really happy with her. The only issue is my Speakers. LOL. They are The stock ones and wow they are blown.
Here is what the Drivers Door speaker looks like.

And let me tell you it sounded Great! NOT!! LOL right now just using some 5x7 speakers to get by till I get new 6 1/2" speakers for front and I am planning to use 6x9's in the rear doors. Yes I know I will have to Modify where the speakers are at now. I will show how it is done when I am finished.

OK I checked the Speedo against Ulysse Speedometer. It is pretty accurate. And I was off maybe a mile or two. So I do not think I have true 32's LOL. Oh Well all is good. Will get her out on the trails and see what all I need to do.
