Default lots of parts to change

It's best if you have donor car for parts, front and rear hubs, rotors/drums, shoes/pads, calipers. You would have to check but I think the steering knuckle is different as well as the bearing. Should be an easy swap if you can find cheap donor car.

just go jy, get front spindles/caliper/rotors, rear hubs and drums and that's it. you can use your old spindles and press in 5bolt hubs the 4 and 5 bolt hubs use the same bearing. but then you'd need to buy some rotors. it's easier to just swap spindle/knuckle assembly.

if you already have the parts, why not just give it a shot. since the bearing part numbers are the exact same for the front 4/5 logically it would be likely so is the knuckle assembly. shouldnt take more than 1/2 hr to swap this part. rears are even easier just swap hubs and drums. same brake shoes between the two.

Why would you want to swap? The 4x100 lug pattern offers way more rim styles than the 5x100!
