I think I`ll probably go with the origional brown. And that also means I won`t have to disassemble my interior to repaint the inside. I just can`t decide if I want to keep the trin on it or smooth it down. Any opinions?
And to get that to line up, my core support is sitting on a one inch board with about three inches of spacers on top. But now I know where I`m at. It gets alot of looks from people driving by seeing as how it`s green and white and brown and blue. Fits right in around here.

You sure the previous owner didn't install a 3' body lift?? The Ramcharger body bushings are about 3/4' thick, core sppt approx 1/2'-5/8'. Same on the donor '88. Same as the ones you took off when you tore it down? I can see in the pics the way the valance sits in relation to the bumper. Somethin screwy goin on.

The bumper isn`t really bolted on, it`s just kind of there. But I was kind of thinking the same thing. The old bushings were only about 3/4" like you said. But that won`t line up. And look at the clearance between the tire and fender, those are 32" tires. Just seems a little high. The floor boards seems high to me. But the bushings didn`t seem that big.

How thick are the ones between the cab and frame mnts.? Stock is approx 3/4'. Gimme a dimension between thefloorboard and top of frame at front and rear. I'll check it against the '88 here. Also the dimesion to the ground, top of frame, just forwardof cab mnt, andtop of frame at core sppt. See how much kick up your frame has.Example 18' to ground at cab, 22' at core sppt, = 4'
If you have 3 & 3/4' of stack height between the core sppt and frame, something is way screwed. Call me Mr. Obvious but I guess the core sppts are the same?

The bushings under the body are 3/4". I don`t have the other measurements yet. It`s going to be hard to use the ground as a reference because it is sitting on a slope both sideways and front-to-back. I have a hard time believing it could be the frame, I measured it and found it to be perfectly square when I bought the truck. The core supports LOOK alike, but I think I`ll measure them to see. Oh well, even if I have to put 3" bushings under the core support it works for me. I bet it will still drag that Ramcharger backerds.[X(]
