I just pulled some codes off of my truck and it seems I have the "too rich" code... Anyone know how to fix it? I'm pretty sure that is causing my lower mileage.

The two biggest gains will be from Intake and Exhaust, the engine needs to breath easier, Stock systems are restrictive.

81 W250 318 4wd 4sp. Just bought it. 11.27 mpg on the drive home. Needs a tune up and new mufflers (anybody want some %#@%& glasspacks?)
I dont think it'll do a heck of a lot better but I'm going to try. I still have to check the odometer when I get on a strait road with mile markers. Every old Dodge I've had has been off some.
I'm only using this to move a camper and haul the stuff my VW or MG won't.
Had to go to my Dads today 10 miles out and back. So that trip cost me atleast 10 bucks! To haul his trash.

82ram150 you can have my glasspacks ! My ears bleed when I have to drive this thing.
I mite try putting some tail pipes on it. Right now it's headers into glasspacks then a a turndown right under the back of the cab.
But it's got that cool " hey cop your a jerk pull me over sound ! ".
