Okay well I’ll replace it and see what exactly happens and another thing is when I put into gear it starts to jerk and buck like it’s missing and it just seems like it’s getting to much fuel to me and when I was under the truck I notice a connector that was just hanging there not sure what it’s to exactly but from what I looked up it’s supposed to be for lock up torque converter?.. so I’m not sure on that but I can’t even find where it would go to at all I looked forever probably 2 hours and still didn’t find where it goes

For lock-up converter, should be on the drivers side of the trans, straight down into the valve body. (on the outside of the trans), about halfway back.

The only things there are the neutral safety the Speedo connector and linkage there’s nothing else but there is a three pin connector which is supposed to be for the control solenoid but I cannot find exactly where it goes I’m just wondering if that would be why it does the bucking when put into gear because when under load it bucks and all so I’m not sure and stalls sometimes just trying to get it figured out and it’s been a headache.

The connector is impossible to see, if the other end isn't plugged in.... You can likely feel it though.

What trans do you have?

I tried to feel around but haven’t had any luck but I posted a picture of the connector to better show what I’m talking about

Hhhmmm. I don't think that's a trans connector. Can you give a better idea of where its at? And how long the harness is? Looks like its wrapped around a crossmember a bit?

It’s running along with other connectors on tranny harness probably 4-5 feet long but I can’t find anywhere it would go because from back of tranny there isn’t anything I’ve found yet where it woud plug into...

And it's not enough wires for the trailer harness..... Can you see where the wires go on the other end?
