1989 D100 intermittently stalls and idles poorly..

And also the rear ended is new in it as well and I’m not sure if it is adjustable or not..

It could be almost anything. There are several system that need to cooperate for the engine to run properly, any one of them slacking off, will give you issues. Don't just throw parts at it, plug a scanner into it, and see what the PCM thinks is going on.

Well I already pulled codes from it as I listed them above and I fixed the issues the codes gave me and still same thing again

Need to look at data while the engine is running. Fuel trims, coolant temp, etc. See what gets strange when you step on the gas. (or, simply starts out strange....)

Well basically have replaced about everything besides map sensor o2 sensor coolant sensor and the idle control motor lol so I’ve replaced a crap load of things that would cause it to do that so far just puzzles me like crazy ha I put all new suspension in new rear end new u joints and everything listed above trying give old truck new life just won’t let me love it..

Yeah that’s the thing to with it being so old I’d have find someone with the special hook up to do something like that

And there is a slight ringing noise like a metal ting noise idk what it could be the compression and all are good engine has roughly 90k I’m just beyond stuck

Kinda sounds like it’s coming from the manifold area on driver side
