P1698 is a no CCD message from either the PCM or the TCM.

The 920 and 921 codes are cluster codes, for no distance pulse and speed message from the PCM. 999 is an error has been discovered.

All are related to your CCD bus being shorted out.

This is the worst type of problem to have to find. It can be any of the CCD bus wiring in the vehicle or any of the modules. You need to isolate it as much as possible to find out what is going on.

Cluster code 950 = The cluster is not receiving an ABS lamp-on message from the CAB.

Check the fuses for the ABS.
It can also be a CCD bus problem.
